-----------------------------Installation-------------------------------------------
Unzip the distributed file and copy the WireCAD10.1.L3.PNumbers.Plugin.dll to:
c:\users\public\[public] documents\WireCAD\WireCAD10\bin

-----------------------------Usage--------------------------------------------------
You will need to restart WireCAD10 to activate the plugin.
This plugin is autodiscovering and only has to be in the WireCAD10\bin folder to work.

You can affirm that the plugin is operational by the button that is registered on the
status bar at the bottom of the main WireCAD window that says [L3 PNumbers].
Clicking said button will show a help dialog with more information.

The basic usage follows this approach:
1. Draw blocks.
2. Enable Aux Text and draw cables.
3. Assign SysNames to blocks (so we can assign cable numbers to cables).
4. Assign Cable Numbers to cables (in Verbose Cable Assignment mode) and set the
P numbers into the fields marked Src Plug Number and Dest Plug Number.
